Cloverbelt Country Farmer’s Market partnered with Northwestern Health Unit to pilot a project called the “Locavore Box”. It was 30 participants where they would pay $20 every 2 weeks and receive local produce, meat & bread from local producers. This went for 14 weeks. Included in each box was a newsletter featuring a local producer, a recipe and local events. There was a feedback sheet included.
